To help us deliver the highest standards of care, please review our booking and cancellation guidelines below. Booking Appointments To ensure availability and allow adequate preparation, we kindly ask that all cleaning and housekeeping services be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Need assistance sooner? For urgent or last-minute requests within 24 hours, please contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. We will always do our best to accommodate your requirements, subject to availability. Please note that all bookings are considered confirmed only once you have received confirmation from a member of our team. Changes to Your Booking We understand that plans can change. If you need to amend, reschedule, or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. To avoid any charges, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps us manage staff scheduling and honour commitments made to our team and other clients.
